Who we are

UrgentHomePros (https://urgenthomepros.com) is a referral service that connects Texas homeowners in the Texas Hail Corridor (DFW, San Antonio, Houston) with independent roofing providers for storm and hail damage inspection, repair, and replacement. We are not a roofing contractor ourselves - we match homeowners with providers and, for phone inquiries, use call-tracking technology to route and record calls for quality and matching purposes.

Information we collect

• Call data: If you call the number shown on this site, our call-tracking provider (TrackDrive) records the call and may log the calling number, call duration, and call recording for quality assurance and to route your inquiry to a matched provider. By calling, you consent to this recording, consistent with Texas one-party-consent law.
• Form submissions: If any page on this site includes a request form, we collect what you enter (such as name, phone number, city, and a description of your roofing issue) to pass along to a matched provider.
• Analytics data: If you accept analytics cookies (see below), we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behavior - pages viewed, general location by IP, device type, and on-site actions such as clicking the call button. This does not include call recordings or form content.
• Technical data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) are recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance, independent of any cookie choice.
